Current public project disclosures
No named client mandates, completed project case studies or independently verified delivery statistics are currently published on this website. This is a deliberate disclosure standard, not a statement that a particular transaction or instruction has been completed.
We will publish project-specific information only where the owner has authorised it and material facts can be evidenced. A prospective instruction, speculative property lead, illustrative scenario or feasibility conversation is not presented as an agreed client project.
The types of property opportunities we are evaluating
- Underused offices and vacant commercial buildings where conversion, refurbishment or redevelopment might be commercially viable.
- Strategic urban sites with possible planning, design or density improvement.
- Owner-occupied or corporate non-core property where a board wants to compare disposal, planning uplift and retaining development exposure.
- Stalled projects where a clearer professional-team structure and decision pathway may enable progress.
- Assets that could benefit from a disciplined owner-side development management appointment.
These are categories of interest, not a claim that MRKHD presently controls or has secured particular sites.
How we assess a submitted opportunity
- Understand ownership and permission to discuss the property.
- Record the location, existing use, approximate site/building area, occupation and available plans.
- Review publicly available planning context and request specialist opinion where appropriate.
- Consider realistic options including sale, refurbishment, conversion and redevelopment.
- Identify early title, access, utilities, design, cost, finance and programme questions.
- Agree a defined, proportionate next step before substantial fees or exclusivity.
How an authorised case study will be presented
Where permitted and supported by documents, a case study will record Situation → Opportunity → Agreed Structure → Professional Team → Delivery → Verified Outcome. Where a project is ongoing, stage and risks will be stated rather than implying completion. Project value, floor area, homes delivered, programme and financial results will only appear with an identifiable evidence basis.
Evidence and professional-team policy
MRKHD identifies the role of each appointed professional rather than claiming to perform architectural, engineering, legal or regulated financial work. Team members, contractors, insurance, accreditations and testimonials will only be named when verified and cleared for public use.
